Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we strive to ensure that every product you purchase brings joy and confidence to your beauty routine. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for you.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges


If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must do so within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


As we are a small business, please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless the product is found to be defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately at candyface.aus@gmail.com. To expedite the process, kindly provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. Our team will promptly review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you receive your RAN, securely pack the product and send it to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
