At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our services to cater to our global customers soon.

Shipping Rates & Options​

Shipping is calculated based on total weight of your order and is determined by the courier. We offer 2 shipping options.
 

  • Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $100.

  • Express Shipping: For those who can't wait to add sweetness to their beauty routine, Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our goal is to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Rest assured, we will notify you promptly of any delays.

Shipping to PO BOXES, Parcel Lockers and Remote Areas

We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers across Australia. However, please note that express shipping and same-day delivery services are unavailable for these addresses. For customers in remote or rural areas, standard shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Address change and order modification

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We provide tracking codes generated by the courier to ensure that your orders are arriving safely and accurately.
